SHIPPING & RETURNS

UK orders are sent either sent 'special delivery' via Royal Mail or DHL.  You will receive a second email containing tracking and shipping information once your order has been sent. It should then arrive by the following working day. If your order has not arrived after receiving and reviewing the tracking, please contact us so we can follow it up.

RETURNS 

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. Returns are only accepted if the your order is faulty or broken upon arrival. If you are not satisfied with your item it can be exchanged free for another item or a credit note. The piece must be returned to us within 14 days of original purchase. Returned pieces must be in original condition, unworn and original packaging. 

BESPOKE RETURNS 

Each piece is individually handcrafted just for you therefore exchanges or returns are not possible. By purchasing online or paying the deposit and/or balance of the invoice you are agreeing to the terms and conditions herein. A bespoke piece is anything which has been altered from the original style, ring size, stone selection, stone layout, finish or metal choice of a piece listed online at volpijewellery.com
